Some facts about study in United Kingdom(UK)

International students this information may be useful for you.

The first thing is to check that college is in the list of Home office UK. This is important since many dodgy colleges in UK. The college name inclusion in Home office list does not mean that college is best for study. In UK any institute which is registered body can offer a certificate. You must know the difference between the registration, affiliation and accreditation. These all are different terms. Even I can open a college and claim that it is registered (yes u can register anything), recognised (By any dodgy body), accredited (by any body) and affiliated (to any dodgy /fake university). The institute may be unrecognised in your home country universities. Like one university (Halifax UniversityBirmingham , Preston University, etc) claims to be a recognised and they are saying that your certificate will be validated by the UK Home office. The UK home office will verify the certificate authenticity (verified copy of original) and will not in any way certify that this certificate is recognised degree. Even the institutes in the list may not be necessarily recognised by the government bodies for immigration and job purposes. The flaw in UK law is that any registered institute offering a course of 20 hours or more can call overseas students. The most of the private institutes are exploiting the flexible UK laws to damage the career of the overseas students. The Halifax University, Preston University are situated in USA and they can not call the overseas students to study in USA but they can do so in UK. Also their courses are neither recognised by UK universities, Indian universities and Immigration bodies of Canada ,Australia and New Zealand.
