Well for overseas /international students the nursing course of this university is a boon. The reason: very cheap fees due to some funding by EU due to deprived Area .The people who had done the diploma of nursing from India will be highly benefited. I heard that a fee is about 2000GBP/year for the international students (diploma qualified) and course duration is of 3 years. For further information please contact the Sunderland Nursing School. If you are from India then do not worry as Indian banks give Rs 7 lakh lone without security as per Indian banking laws. However it is not common that some bank managers may pressurise the international students for bank guarantee but it is not mandatory. Upto Rs 7 lakh no bank guarantee is required by law. So remind the bank manager about this thing if you feel uneasy. The advantage is that after completion of this course one will get work permit in UK and the salary of Nurses is quite good.
